| it's ...February . Here are 11 Focus Tips that you just must add to your to do list.
Spring is just around the corner - 6 weeks acorrding to that famous ground hog.
As retailers we need to have our stores ready for each season: 3 to 5 weeks before the actual date.
Things to put on your focus list this month:
1. Redo store front windows with a Spring theme. Featuring the newest or best spring like product.
2. All your in store feature displays should have a Spring theme as well.
3. Invite your best customers - have an exclusive friends and family event to launch the season.
4. Give everyone that is invited a $10 gift certificate to come and shop at your store.
5. Paint out a feature wall the hottest color for Spring - Behr Paint - Rolling Hills. You will love this color. It screams Spring and makes spring like merchandise pop out .
6 . Plan your add on sale program product for the month. Pick merchandise that is 10 to 15% of your average sale. Place close to your cash.
7. Train your staff to sell the add on sales product. Write a script and role play.
8. Also put my Retail Makeover Sales Training Program on your list. Contact me to set up the training . Let's do this. Staff training is a must if you want your sales to improve. I use Skype or I Chat if you run a MAC machine.
9. Review your buying budgets. Do not go over the limit by one penny.
10. Make sure your operating costs are in line this month.
11. Keep being proactive . I hope you have planned 2 to 3 promotional events for this month.

Thanks Barbara for the tips. People nowadays take the time for bargaining for the reason of saving money from discounts derived from a good bargain. It's part of an old tradition of haggling but make sure you know how to do it. If you make the right bargain on the right item, well, for sure you can save a few payday loans worth. Just be wise enough and make the right choice.
