 Today at the post office the line was so long. I had to wait twenty minutes just to get to the counter and it only took me twenty seconds to accomplish what I had gone for. Let that be a lesson to all you retailers... lines are incredibly frustrating for consumers and unless you've got a monopoly on what you're selling (like the post office does) then customers are going to avoid your store.
