Intro to E-newsletters

This refers to e-newsletters, e-zines, and e-mails that you generate and send out to your customers and prospects, once they give you their e-mail addresses and permission to contact them.

When you regularly communicate to your customers with news, information and special promotions that they'll value, you'll generate repeat sales from a loyal following. And it doesn't need to be difficult or time-consuming. There are some wonderful online relationship-building services available that set up the entire format for you...and track your customer e-mails and responses. You simple fill in the latest message, hit send and presto! Your customers open an exciting new message from you and respond by buying more products. You can either create your own custom enewsletter or you can use a company like Constant Contact to generate your enewsletters. (this is a great US based company and we use their services also)
